1. Personal Liberty: The US Constitution is inspired by God and our constitutions, both the United States and Utah’s, are a contract between the people and their government. 

2. Financial Freedom: The free market and capitalism are the best solutions to reduce poverty and improve our lot in life. Regulatory intrusion into our life and pocketbook should be kept to a minimum. 

3. Energy Security: The key to modern life and prosperity is reliable and affordable energy. Without reliable access to affordable energy, there is no clean water, education, transportation, communication, banking and finance, or waste water handling and treatment.
